I have got installed disc at my flat and now after 2 years it fall down due to wrong installation d2h have careless unskilled technicians .they have secured disc with cable tie all the ppace where it is to be secured with nut and bolts.now during course of time that cable tie broken out as it is plastics and disc fall down no signali snket 12 mail since 4th october and no technical staff came to see called end no of times .after calling so many times 2 technicians came and asking it has to be relocation to be done charges 400ir plus they will put patri charges 350 plus service charges 200.
Means we r fool initially installed wrong and due to their wrong installing it fall down again pay charges like 950.ir at every 2 or 1 years wow it looks like bunch of foolish handling this d2h service
