I took this connection 20 days back and would have made some 40 calls to customer care. The issue started from the very next day. Half of the channel does not come as I get the message "Signal not there"
Lot of promises were made that, engineer will come and do some setting.
Engineer never comes and sometimes they call to say that they can come only within stipulated times 10-6pm. So I was told to leave my job attend them. So I requested them to come on weekend but they never came. To my utter surprise I got message on my cell stating request is addressed and service is done. My DTH is dead from last one week, each day I call customer care and curse my luck that why I opted for VideoconD2H.
I raised several complaints to de-install the D2H and refund my money again empty promises were made and I am still waiting. I fail to Understand how a brand like Videocon has such pathetic service.
If someone listening, please refund my money immediately, else I will be force to go to Consumer court.
