customer care service is very very good, I am saying this because I was a part of videocon d2h customer care, I was an employee there, the response is very quick of customer care and is also very good in field work they will resolve the customers complaint within 24 hours, most of the time they resolve complaint on same day, you can also extent you warranty in videocon d2h. this is the best value for money
so this is the best DTH operator in India, so my suggestion is you should buy this satellite box. this is perfect.
