I am a customer of Videocon. So many services of DTH are increasing their channel pack price day by day that's why I choose Videocon which good than others but I was wrong.
I was recharged my Videocon DTH account on 1/03/2016 but the very next day a message started popping on the screen which read next due date for recharge to be 1/04/2016. I mean why should I recharge every 20 days when I am paying for a month. And then on 1/04/2016 all channels were gone.
Really I repent my decision to go with Videocon. Its been only 2 months since I have opted for there service but truly I am fed up of Videocon. Further there is no one to attend calls on their customer care number and no replies of mails coming back from their side. I would recommend anyone reading my review please do not go with this service.i give 1/5.
