I am using videocon d2h from last 8 months.one of my friend suggest me and said it gives you good quality and cheapest from all d2h compnies so I bought videocon.my friend was wrong.i think its better to use your local cable connection in place of videocon.everymonth whenever I recharged they block some of my channel.network is very poor.i am living in center of my city and my tv screen showing me network error.when you guys cant maintain your service and network in main city so why are you cheating people.
Everytime I called customer excutive they only suggest me one thing sir please swith off for 1 min then switch on your problem will be solved or remove your card then again insert or reboot your set up box.they dont know how to solve costmers problem.some time error network, some time there is no sound in channels.there are lots of problem I faced with videocon.i really hate this company and never suggest anyone for videocon.worst xompany worst service.cheating his costmers.
