We have been using 3 dish tv from quite a long in our home. Installed videocon d2h a year ago because of its cheap packages and so called good service. But to my amazement, after 8-9 months only we have to call the technical operator to replace the antenna and get the things done. Their service is really pathetic. All though, they do add some new channels from time to time in your monthly package. But what is the use of that when you need to call a technical guy at your house 4 times a year. Its services becomes more pathetic during rainy season as it doesnt catches the signal from its satellites for long hours. And things become worse when there is something important going. So my advice is go for Tata sky, their service is good and reliable.
