The worst D2H service provider. The signals are so weak that before even it rains the TV stops working. Customer Service is even worst! they will charge INR 200 without giving any BILLS.
I wondered and asked them for a warranty extension for which they were charging INR 599 but without BILL.
This company is not only cheating the customers but is also stealing from government. Since they provide no BILLS. repeated request for Bill/invoice felt on deaf ears of the customer service executive and his supervisor. They kept saying that they understand what I mean but failed to provide a receipt. This company is fooling it customers by promising to be the "best d2h provider in India".
They are not even close to 3rd position when it comes to service. I wonder how such titles are being given to such bad companies. The set-top box is cheap plastic even my son's toy car is better build than this set-top box. The interface is slow and keeps hanging . You need to keep switching it on and off to make it work. I have an Airtel D2h which is 100 times better than this crap. I strongly vote in favour of Airtel d2h even if initial procurement cost if more than videocon d2h it is far better than videocon d2h. They have a superior customer service, better trained customer care executives who just don't understand your issue but work for solving it. My in-laws have got TataSky, which is as good as airtel. Have hardly seen any issues with the operator either.
Conclusion: Don't buy cheap Videocon d2h - " Dard ki Chattri ". Go for Airtel or Tatasky!
