Let me quickly tell my experience about videocon d2h service. I wanted to get any DTH connection & also I needed a TV, after seeing other mouthshut review & the features I decided to go for the Videocon d2h along with videocon LCD TV, in which the set top box is embedded.

After seeing the demo I decided to buy a videocon 22inch TV with d2h service.I purchased the product on 23rd Oct, 2010 & it was delivered & installed at my home by 24th Oct, 2010 12PM.Price I paid Rs.13400 for the TV & Rs.500 for installation including the wallmounting of the television & Rs.24 for the extra 2m cable from the antenna to my house.

All charges = Rs.13900 for 22inch LCD TV + D2H with 6month free + dual SIM mobile

Features

BAD or MISSING FEATURESTakes around a minute till the home channel is seen on power on.Channel browsing is slow.Videocon is new to the DTH sector so their sustainability depends on customer acquisition.

As long as you are not a critic you will not find much defects in the product. I have been watching Tata Sky for about 3 years & I feel both are almost same when it comes to picture & audio quality.

I recommend this product to everyone.
