Videocon D2H cheap pricing, value topups but poor quality, image, sound quality mono. Price factor make it popular in local market but its a difficult job if you need assistance regard to product as toll free/customer care numbers as hey provided always on busy mode or else you have to wait for 30-30 min. If some failure happened they charge you fairly big amount for visiting that really crap even if that fault happen naturally or due to some technical error, that's a really big con!
SPENDING A LOT OF MONEY ON TV AD INSTEAD OF THAT VIDEOCON D2H HAS TO IMPROVE ITS SERVICES BY GIVING SATISFACTION TO CUSTOMER.
