I am using it for around 3 years. Main problem is their customer service. Very few know english. I am from South, I know English, Tamil and Malayalam only. I called them today to cancel and addon but she don't know English and was talking something in Hindi and was keeping silent. Very bad customer service.
Also for south, its very costly compared to other providers. We also have to spend Rs 30 monthly additionally if we need recording facility, many other providers are providing recording facility for free.
I won't recommend Videocon d2h.
