Hi friends,
I am using Videocon d2h Connection from last 4 years and I didnt face any major issue with it, only once I changed my setup box due to some technical issue, some time signal lost in bad weather but overall having good service, customer care working 247, i did not have any issue with customer support, only one main point where Videocon need to improvement is Pricing, its there prices are bit high compare to other operators, there they can improve, other wise everything looks 100% perfect
