I got a problem in dish and no signal is coming so no transmission. I tried to call them repeatedly for 3 days, unable to reach. For these 3 days, they are charging and balance is reducing.
At last I sent a mail, and got response after 2 days. Engineer came after 2 days and said dish needs to replace which I don't have and will come back. No response after that. All these days my balance is reducing from the account. Total 10 days lost.
I keep on calling them to pay my balance amount, no response and ignoring all my requests and speaking rudely.
Decided to use alternative d2h.
I will never and ever go with this company anymore.
