The DTH service stopped working all of a sudden(Could be an issue with the box, antenna, or connection. I am not an expert) and gave a complaint to their call centre and a resolution was promised within 8 working hours:) Now it is 8th day, and no one has solved the problems.
I have got calls from their technical staff several times, but issue is that we have to be available at home at their convenience. Once I was ready to do that, and waited the whole evening with no one turning in.
I am writing this after finishing a call with their floor supervisor and the guy has again repeated the words he always used to tell me!
I feel they have zero respect for their customers even after being their customer for 4 1/2 years.
I feel that their customer support system has deteriorated as this is my first experience in 4.5 years. Anyway, if anyone wants to look for a DTH service, I would say stay away from Videocon as they dont care about you!
