I have been using Videocon D2H for over an year now. I chose Videocon D2H over other services for their unique add-on packages not seen in other DTH services and have been quite happy with their services so far.
However, when I had to relocate myself from one area to another during this year, I called up their customer service for relocation support. However, they mentioned that due to ongoing issues with the D2H servicemen and the local cable operators, they would not be able to remove the DTH antenna from old location to new one and left it completely upon us to take care of it.
Other than that, there is no complaint on their regular service quality. The picture and sound quality has always been great without any issues ever. Definitely a value for money in terms of channel packages but need serious improvements when it comes to support quality.
