I bought Zync Z990 Tablet in Mid 2012.
I must say I was not at all confident about the company, coz if you Google about ZYNC you will find out that it belongs to APPLE GROUP OF COMPANY, now the overall name is a straight copy from APPLE USA. So the company's name is a copy; how will be the over all performance of the Zync one can easily make out .
Just in two years I started facing issues with the tablet, after few back and forth emails with zync's support team they agreed to repair the piece for Rs. 500/- which I have to pay towards to and fro courier charges and repairs charges.Money is gone, unrepaired piece is back in my hand. Over all back end support is in mess.
Now the catch; company knows too many customers will try to contact them for various service related issues. So visit https://zync.in and you will be amazed that for every thing they have just one number that's 0120-4821900 and three email id's that's all. Customers will be forced to run around with no other option to call 0120-4821900
I decided to know more about the company and learnt Mr. Ashish Garg is the MD(there is no way you can reach him)/smartly no digital trace on him. With much labour found Mr. Chief Technical Officer(CTO) Mr. Abhinav Aggarwal(Cell #+918588864388) but no email id of his to be found anywhere.
