I bought zync cloud Z5 from naaptol.
Within 3-4 days it battery drained out even without use after full charging within half hour. I contacted zync who tlod me to visit service centre where they asked for 1000/- charges for software updation.
When again I visited the service centre they said they didnot service zync anymore.
I wasted 7000/- on such a menace.
Now customer care says that we will pick up the phone for resoolving the issue . I dont know whether I will ever get it back.
