Hi,
I booked my order on Zopnow. Order ID: 686200. I waited in night till10 pm, but when the order did not get delivered then I called customer care to cancel my order.
In the morning, I received below email from Zopnow:
Greetings from ZopNow!
Your ZopNow order 686200 was delivered from ZopNow.
How they can send such king of confirmation without delivery ? Customer care told me now that my refund is under process. I feel they lost the track and no way, will I buy anything from them again. Its best to try some other option.
Keep up your poor customer service and loose your customer.
