I ordered some items on the 6th Nov and asked for a delivery by 7th evening.
I got a message that the order was dispatched. Till 8th morning, no news. There was some perishable good in that.
On calling them, they told me that the delivery vehicle broke down and they forgot to deliver. Normally I would expect a call for providing some feedback if they are missing their appointment.
I hope they do not complain when they have a delivery which CoD and the customer is not at home when they are delivering. would send the right feedback to them.
