I had a very VERY VERY bad experience from zoomin.com. ZERO RATING FOR ZOOMIN. Actually I had liked the site and I wanted to make some poster prints for my daughter for her 1st bday...I selected the photos....
It accepted the phots on site and then said that as I was paying by cash that I need to pay it at one of the Mobile Store outlets.............i had made the order on 4th august.....immediatly I got the sms on my mobile regarding my order no and all and asking me to make the payment at the nearby Mobile Store outlet.......................i did it ..
I thot I will get it the moment I made pyament at the outlet............i made my payment on the 3rd / 4th day of the order...........i did the payment...... then they told me that I will get it through courer......zoomin....will send the courier directly to me..........
ok I took a big sigh............and thot would wait........when I asked by when...........they told me.....15 days........i took another big sigh.........oh god............did I make a mistake.............i thot anyways.....i will wait for 15 day....................more than 15 days passed ..........there was no sign of the courier......my daughter bday came and went..............i was on leave in this peirod .............but as zoomin had smsed when I had made the order, and even when I had made thepayment.....so if there was any delay I expected them to sms me and not email me..............email would have been one more option though........ there was no way I could have checked my official email.......as I was on leave from my work..............
after I resumed work that is by end of august..............i saw an email from zoomin saying that my order was cancelled on the same as the photo print was not coming proper.........and on the top of it....they have given me a free offer with a validity date that was end of august.............i was fumed with anger.............what the heck!!!!!! bloody hell!! first of all they cancell my order without informing me...... and then whent he order was cancalled why hell did the take the payment for it after 4 days...............CHEATERS!!!........... then never informed me about it....................and then they giving me a validity date as if they are doing some favour to me.............................
i send a strong reply to them..............saying I need my money back.................this lady called me after that...............saying that they are ready to give the refund............but if I want to I can send her another photos of which she can send the prints.......................i thot then I said okay as I have already paid.....welll I thot I will send another set of photos............she convinced and replied back saying that I will get my prints.......i send the photos..........this was in first week of september...........and since then I am following up with reminders.... neither have I got my print nor my refund .........nor any reply............
i really disappointeed and upset...........................
i came to know from mouthshut website that there are more people who have experienced such service from zoomin.......................i wish I would have known before I could have saved myself from being one of the victim...............
I am not going to leave them...........this is Cheating...........and nothing else............. such renowned site and doing such cheap things...................this site should be blocked ...................this should be given in papers..........................
Please I would suggest people that don't ever sign up for this site and don't ever make any otders.............Be aware!!
