Awsme product#ZOOM. but worst courier partnr FEDEX. Review on Zoomin

First of all I liked the photo album which I got from Zoomin. Its just awesome. Superb quality with reasonable cost which encloses the memories. I just loved it. Even the processing time is also very less. I just ordered on 27th may around 11.30 pm. The product was ready for delivery by 30th afternoon itself. But from delivery agent it took two days to get the product.

Actually I ordered it to gift my friend who is leaving to other city for her highter studies. may 31st was her last day to be in chennai so I thought like I can get the product delivered by 30th itself and I can present that to her.

But unfortunately I couldn't get that delivered on that day. So atleast I expected I might get it by 31st may.but still that didn't happen. so I called to the courier partner FEDEX and I asked my courier status.they said like u will get it by the end of the day. so I was eagelry waiting for it till 6 pm. So again I made a call to them and asked the status they said the same by 8 pm u will get it. I waited and made calls to them some 10 times and kept on asking the same. But I couldn't get the proper response and they gave the agent number also.anyways he didnt pick my call. By 8 PM I called again and I asked them again then they were telling like you entered wrong pincode so our agent couldn't deliver the product. They might have checked that on 30th itself and they might have atleast dropped a mail or some text. They didnt even inform me when I called for the first time. Such a worst experience I had with this courier partner FEDEX. I finally received the product on 1st june her after her leaving. I couldn't gift her that. So finally what I want to say is we order in ZOOMIN to have memories captured in a gift and present others to make their day. But this courier partner FEDEX spoils everything. Seriously iam very much disappointed with the service. So ZOOMIN people if u r going through this complaint I suggest you to change the courier partner please and please.its completely a disppointed courier service.
