I ordered a samsung galaxy note 2 on 12/12/12 and even after 3 days of payment my product has not been shipped.
The order status keeps on showing processing and when I tried calling customer care, no one responds and says all our representatives are busy and neither they respond to complaint posted on their helpdesk.. worried whether will receive the product in good condition or not.
