Yesterday i ordered butter chicken. The delivery boy delivered parcel with a hole which is badly leaked the curry.
I made prepaid charges.
Immediately i showed it to the boy he then suggested to talk to executive. Zomoto have no such facility. I chated with one executive who gave stupid replies.
I requested to take back the spoiled curry and return the amount or to supply fresh curry. No action has been taken till now.
I request all zomoto customers not to make prepaid payment.
