I have placed an order using Zomato app today. When I served that food I found a big cockroach in the curry. When I addressed this issue to them they were least bothered about this.
When I shared this problem they just told, 'sorry will refund u .. ' so I feel that serving cockroach is common for them...
Please don't use this app just by seeing any offers. They give an offer for least ordered/ rubbish foods.
