Good Customer Care. Review on Zomato

I have order food online but not recevied with in one hour so I cancel my order and after talk to customer care they refund my amount. So thank you zomato team for this kind of support.

We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We do understand how much disappointing it is when we do not get our much-awaited food. In fact, if something goes wrong with your order, we do feel that it is not the customer, but we've experienced the same.

The refund has already been initiated from our end and usually takes 4-5 business days to reflect in your bank from the day of refund initiation.

We completely understand your concern about not having a desired online ordering experience with us and we are apologetic about the same. It would never be our intention to make our users unhappy or disappointed in any aspect.
