Worst customer support. Review on Zomato

I order rabri from singla's they can delivery me the unfresh food and the taste was sour... I try to contact zomato at the same time through zomato chat but there was waiting has been showing and I will not get any text from there side even my orders are also not showing in the aap at ghat tym so m not able to write anything there and wait for an hour but still waiting has been shown. Then next day again I try to contact and I raised a complaint regarding d same that I want to return the product but the CCE (customer care executive) said we can't help you now the issue can resolved at the same tym but can't try to understand if they all were buzy some where else so how can i share my concern with them nd how they can resolve it at the same point if tym... Very bad customer service provided by the tomato.. no customer satisfaction is mandatory according to them. And without any resolution they close my complaint and I KEPT THE WORST FOOD WITH ME BY PAYING THE FULL AMOUNT OF THAT WORST ITEM moreover THEY CANT EXCHANGED MY PRODUCT.
