*Located in kona express highway area near Lakeland Country Club in Howrah is one of finest luxury dining restaurant that I have recently visited.
The restaurant is located at Fortune park which happens to be a resort.The place gives an awesome relaxed feeling from the moment you enter.
The ambiance is superb, decorated with classic and modern art and craft work, the waiters and the stewards are highly professional and humble and the food is one the best spread of meals I have ever tasted.Yes it is a bit on the expensive side but once a while spending on you're self and pampering you're self is worth it.*
-So then, it was two weeks back when my fiance was telling me about this place which was heard about from her friends, though I was clueless about this place I still went ahead with her decision to dine here on a Sunday afternoon.
After looking for the reviews on-line I thought of giving it a try.The place can be easily located and the moment we parked our car which by the way is valet parking the manager welcomed us to the restaurant and asked us for our names since we had reservation.The place was kind of full but the kind gentle man made us sit at a corner table made for two.
The ambiance was soo soothing and relaxed I really cannot tell about it completely, we not to brag too much but it was really that good! Decoration was A+, the floor was neat and clean and the hygiene factor was A+ as well, over all the waiters and the stewards we're managing the crowd really well.Most of the tables were occupied by families and the rest were mainly group of friends and couples.The place has a bar section where they do serve one of the finest collection of Red and white while, single malt scotch whiskey and Indian brand of whiskey as well, a wide spread of cocktail for the ladies including olive margarita and snake bite as well.
-The food menu is mainly consisting of Japanese, Thai, continental and Chinese section with authentic SUSHI being served as well.You might not like the thai food provided if you don't have a stomach for fish and/or spicy food but yes the Chinese section is worth trying as well which included the pork chops and shredded lamb with garlic and ginger.We ordered a pint of beer each(Carlsburg) along with shredded lamp and for the main course we order chicken roast with assorted vegetables and pork chops along with a mutton steak.The food was really delicious, fresh, spicy and tender meat just the way I wanted.Service was not doubt quick and the manager was kind enough to ask us about our over all experience before we left the table.The bill was Rs.1600 inclusive of all taxes and the parking was free for us.
