We have had pathetic service from Znet. Their team does not even know how to proceed with a situation and work on setting right the issue. We have had enough of service shutdowns in in the last one year and we now have decided to do away with both the domain, hosting and mailing solutions from ZNET. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO GO FOR THESE SERVICES, IT IS WORTH THE TIME TO EXPLORE OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS BEFORE JUMPING INTO THIS COMPANY.
They are not even bothered to inform customer about a planned shutdown while doing system maintenance. The call center is not equipped to answer the queries and when asked for technical resolution all they do is buy time by playing music and deferring you an answer for future.
