I will be crisp and let the tickets talk. I have been with ZnetIndia for 4 months and am listing the top 3 of my frustrations with this company:
LOUSY SUPPORT AND SERVICE: Example: my site remained down for 2 and a half day asking for a server reboot
SCARY SECURITY LEVELS: Example: My database has been under hack attack for the last two days and these guys have not even replied after raising multiple tickets
IR-RESPONSIVE: Nothing adds much to the frustration more than tickets which are not even answered for hours/days, knowing that there is nothing else you can do, it kills the customer
My Advice:
STAY AWAY
GET A BIT FARTHER
Ok if you still got into the webs of the sales staff(which is pretty good); haggle your price. I haggled a lot.
To support my above review, I have made a compilation of 6 tickets of the 11 tickets I ever raised in 4 months. Please mail me at itsabhi@gmail.com and I will send you a copy of each ticket. Not only would you get an idea of their service standards, you will have a hearty time reading their responses(some are really hilarious).

Hi
My database is getting repeated hacking attempts from IP 72.3.249.144 and IP 208.43.68.66 which are stored in our event logs right now.
Can you please do something really fast to stop this ping as this is overloading our server. The pings are happening 5 times every second.
I would appreciate if you can ban these IPs and also install any software which increases the security of your server to attempts like these?
Hoping for a very prompt response.
