After reading through other reviews, I found that my experience is not uncommon.
Placed an order on 20th, the portal showed that items will be delivered on 23rd, 21st was Sunday, On 22nd, the portal showed date of delivery 25th, today it is showing 26th - and the worst part, the item is not even shipped from the warehouse.
Made multiple calls and email to customer care. They assured they will do priority shipping - all false promises.
This was supposed to be a gift and they do not understand the seriousness. Very bad first experience.
