Fraud zivame/ later gave gud service. Review on Zivame

I m writing this because I m really very irritated with the whole experience. I bought a product and it got delivered the next day but it was a defective piece. So I mailed and told them that I want an exchange and not the amount to be converted into points to whch they agreed.

Later they ended up doing the same, converting it to zcoins, inspite of the product(same size same colour) being available online. I kept writing them mails but they told me its nt available which is a sheer lie. I had a coupon which I used in purchasing the product but now wen they converted the amount into zcoins obviously they got away with the amount I could save through the coupon because that was excluded. It was a cheap attitude showed by zivame and after spending those zcoins I will never shop again on zivame.

UPDATE: AFTER WRITING THIS MAIL I RECEIVED A CALL FROM ZIVAME AND THEY ARE DOING THE EXCHANGE NOW:-)
