Was ordering clothes for Diwali  on behalf of my friend.  It was to be a surprise for his mom and sister.


Somehow this website appeared to be appealing given to their great display of clothes and lines like "Zipker.com is India’s most sort after ethnic wear store for women." and "We have designed a return/exchange policy that is free from complications.".


Within a few minutes of ordering online, we figured out what was shown as Rs.1250(original price 2299) was sold at Amazon at Rs 399!


So I immediately sent an email to their customer care and escalation emails(customercare@zipker.com, escalation@zipker.com).


While it appears an autoresponse generated a ticket id(Ticket ID -9711),  they did not get back to us. Calls to their care number 9910055400 went unFaizabad.  Instead, the products reached my friends parents and was of poor quality which they chose not to wear, but find ways to return. The product in fact was worse than what we find on the footpath sales at Bangalore. I have been following up with them for a week now, they have not responded to emails and the number is constantly busy. Attempts to reach their Co-owner Zipker jain(On facebook) is vain. He didnt respond to any of my messages.


Have anyone recieved a refund from them? I want to know.


This is nothing but some people who lack any know how of a good business or customer service using technology to their advantage. They lure customers through fancy pages and some of their lines act as a bait. If someone as tech savvy as I( I work for sales with an IT major) could fall prey, I can only imagine the plight of people who genuinely believe in the trash Zipker wrITES_Company.


I rate them 1 star as I cannot rate anything below that on this page. They are the worst E-commerce company I have dealt with ever!

Kindly cancel my order number 100091592 that I placed a few minutes ago and refund the amount of 2299( two thousand two hundred and ninety nine only) To my Citibank Savings account.
