Zipker.com is an online fashion website that offers women clothing items. I ordered 2 kurtis for 1200 from zipker.com. The kurti looked really good in the picture and was at 60% off so I thought it was a good buy.
I received the package 10 days later after constant reminders.
THE KURTI WERE PATHETIC.
They did not look anyway like one shown on the website and the quality was just pathetic. they said the price of the kuti to be well over 2000 but I knew for sure that it is not even worth 200 rs.
I called the costumer care but no one picked up the call I kept on trying, and when they did pick up the call thy said that they cannot return as the return period is just 24 hours.
I was shocked as most website offer you returns upto 30 days or at least 10 days.
I never ever worn those kurti as they are of just cheap quality and design.
I do not like their website or their products at all and I highly recommend dont go for the discounts they offer their quality is just pathetic and they wont even return your product!
