Well not quite .. but Zinda is about someone knowing what Sanjay Dutt did during one of his school summers. I liked all the three reviews and am glad that this movie is being appreciated.

I was watching one of the awards ceremonies last night and I hope that Zinda does get the award for the best story though I read a review saying that this ''might'' be a take on a Korean movie.

As the rest, I do not want to reveal the plot and spoil the thrill of getting to know it yourself.

But here are some of my thoughts...

The story in the movie is something that I’m sure that most guys can relate with.

We do tend to say some tiny lies which may turn into a bloody nightmare for some and in turn as shown in the movie for us too. I think the topic is very sensitive and is very well handled.

As usual Sanjay Gupta has done a marvelous job. White feather films is redefining the way Bollywood looks at taking movies and I hope that their new ventures are as promising as their old.

Sanjay Dutt.. well what can I say.. is awesome. He has clearly acted the part of an innocent man held captive for no reason for 14 years.

John Abraham hmmmmm well could do with a new hairdo I think. Otherwise has done a decent job though in some parts could've avoided the screaming. Maybe that was not his call at all :)

The rest of the characters have done a decent job so I'll not make a big fuss about them. But I have to mention my favorite Celina. She only has a two minute role which I found relieving :).

So back to the movie. A must watch for all youngsters. Sanjay keeps the movie short and sweet and does not prolong the scenes. The first half is definitely gripping and you are waiting for the movie to continue. The ending is a lil touchy and sends a message across. Now how many can read it... that remains to be seen.
