I had opted for Ac repair service for my Office 2 days ago 10th May 2016. A technician named Rahul came and started working on the Ac without telling me the quotation for the work.(I WAS TOLD THAT WE FIRST GIVE A QUOTE AND THEN START THE WORK) After sometime I asked him what is the problem and what are the charges, he told me Rs 2850 and sited 2 - 3 problems.
While I had received a lesser quote that what Rahul had told, I asked him to continue as he had already started on the work.The next day itself the AC would not start, so we called him again. He came after couple of hours however said that the wires are loose. This was the 1st time this had happened so I told him that we had never faced this issue before and that he could have left it loose. He did some work and the ac started. Today again the ac stopped working. There was no cooling from the ac and it kept throwing hot air. Now the technician is asking for more money to get this fixed .
DONT THINK THE TECHNICIANS ARE SKILLED AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. HE ALMOST BROKE THE AC PANEL ASWELL.
PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR THEIR SERVICES
