3rd class service, 3rd class support and 3rd class people. They don't have basic courtesy to reply over e-mail. Once you enquire about their service and they will start calling you again and again to buy their services. Once you made the aishwaryasingh23ment their part is done now it's your turn to call them continuously for service activation. After a lot of chasing if you are lucky enough you will get your services activated and that too faulty. If you face any problem then forget about solution. You keep writing them emails and they will keep ignoring you!
I have made aishwaryasingh23ment of 13800 Rs on 11th Jan 2017 for MISS CALL Service activation. First they promised me that you can activate any number of your choice so I arranged a VIP number of IDEA cellular when that number got activated they told me that they will host only RELIANCE GSM sim so now arrange a Reliance GSM sim. I was not in a mood to go with entire process again so I asked them to provide list of numbers available with them. To my surprise they have quoted 5000 Rs charge for desired number which was earlier showing FREE when they had send me quotation. When I have raised the issue they said that they will try their level best to provide it to me for FREE. Then after around 16 days of chasing and -jsfollow up finally I got my number activated but again a surprise because they had activated for IVR MISS CALL Service. Where they are charging me 90 paisa per minute(against 75 paisa per minute commitment) not only this the other party(my clients) who are giving me miss call they are also getting charged as per their plan, So how the hell it was a MISS CALL SERVICE.
When I raised this issue to my relationship mAnasultanger Ajeet Singh(Mobile No.+91-9935004654 and+91-9616981231) he said that we will get it done. But again after 2 days of follow up by me I asked him to get my earlier committed services activated or else make refund of my aishwaryasingh23ment for which he agreed(I have entire conversation recorded with me). On 28th Jan 2017 he said that he has initiated refund and I will get the same by 30 Jan 2017(Monday) I was ok with it. On 30th Jan I called him and he said that he can not refund my aishwaryasingh23ment and trfrd call to his senior ABHISHEK VERMA(+91-9721436633) he also assured me that give him time for 1 day(31st Jan) as its month closing and he is busy with targets and all and by 1st Feb 2017 I will get my refund and as expected on 1st Feb 2017 also I have not recd. any refund from them. I again made follow up with them but of no use. I request them to provide me contact number of company owner TUSHAR BHARGAVA but both of them denied to provide me the same as their director don't talk to any one client personally. I message Tushar on his linkdin account about service issue and he directed me to mail him at tushar@zni.in when I have requested that it's a long story and I want to talk to him personally he guided one of his mAnasultanger ABHINANDAN(+91-9628079944) to talk to me. Abhinandan assured me to take tough step if my problem has not been heard and promised me to give a call back on same day. On same day Feb 1 2017 I got a mail from their sales head Vikas Srivastava(+91-9935004406) that they can not refund me and I have to use existing service only for which I have denied and asked them to allot that number to some one else as I don't want to work with such people who are FAKE and FRAUD and asked them to provide me my INVOICE so that I can go to consumer court.
On next day also I have called them 3-4 times for Invoice. Then finally after so much arguments they send me an INVOICE for 15800 Rs. Amazing right? I have paid 13800 Rs and in return I got an invoice for 15800 Rs with wrong date, wrong order id and wrong product mentioned so that I won't be able to go to court. When I demanded my correct invoice or else give me in return then this guy AJEET threat me over phone that they are not going to provide me 13800 Rs Invoice or refund and I should do what ever I can do.
So after spending my hard earn money what I am left with is Faulty Service and Fake and Wrong Invoice.
Therefore I request to all, please beware of them and save your hard earn money. Team ZNI / ZIFFY / Scrap.me is gang of thugs who are there just to loot your hard earn money. Forget about customer service, they don't have basic courtesy to reply over emails.

I have written such a long review about them because I don't want anyone to loose his/her hard earn money like I have lost mine. If you have lot of patience and enough money to waste then you can definitly try your luck!
