By Feb 2015, CCTV home cameras have not worked for 5 months. DVR has gone into repair 4 times. Every time it is sent to Bombay. One should know that all their products are sent for repair to Mumbai only. Takes 6 weeks or more for product to be returned. Very pathetic service. They are prompt in selling their products to you. Do not trust.

When I first wrote to zicom on their website, about getting a VDP for our home in Gujarat, they pursued from Karnataka, over weekly phones and email, to find if we were getting the installation done. We were also assured of prompt and free service for a year.
Really bad service. They concentrate on big clients like banks and not on personal home. You are just a small individual to them.
