Wife of gym owner. Review on Zeus Fitness Studio - Koramangala - Bangalore

I have been working out in gyms in America since I was 14 years old. I have never been to a gym in the USA where the trainers motivate or help their gym members get into shape because you always have to hire a personal trainer to receive those benefits. You are basically on your own at gyms in America so I really feel like people who have no knowledge of working out that’s what discourages them to join a gym. But what I did like about Zeus was the trainers there are always on their feet helping everyone in every way that they possibly can. They will go up to members who aren’t doing an exercise or using a gym machine correctly and they will literally show them the proper way because they want them to benefit from their workout and that’s something that I was really impressed with at Zeus. They strive to help every client in the gym to better themselves and reach their fitness goals and I thought that was awesome. In my opinion I thought the gym looked amazing before the remodel but it is very beautiful after the remodel as well. The gym is always clean and the music is always upbeat. It was the best gym I visited while I was in India. And I always looked forward to and enjoyed working out at Zeus!! Staff is very friendly and very helpful to all the members and I really did love seeing that. And I did reach my goal weight :))) !!!!!
