I am giving one star because there is nothing lower than that available or something like a negative figure. Zerodha started as a humble broker and they used to be very customer friendly. Now like any other growing or grown company, you start recruiting people for various positions. Those people has to justify their position in the company and they start advising the owner. Most of them goes for how to squeeze the customer and make big out of it. So the smart customer should leave as soon as the company starting such practices. Soon you can hear such companies collapsed. Zerodha story also going to be the same. Anybody doesnt believe customer is the king, such company should not exist. It is high time for Zerodha
