I have been using Zerodha from the last three months. Have found lot of issues with their software. They have found a smart way to steal your money. Will give you few examples.
I bought 500 shares of a company at 198.50(CNC/delivery order) i.e 500 x 198.50= 99, 250. The next day(in the Zerodha Account holdings page) its showing the purchase price as 197.05 i.e 197.05 x 500= 98, 525. So I lost 750 rupees even before selling the stock. And the amount 750 is lessened from my account balance.
Also When you buy some shares today and some shares of same company couple of days later, software will show you a crappy number as the average purchase price. Its always a lower number so that they can steal some of the money.
I sincerely do not think its a software issue. Its pre-planned path for stealing.
RUN AWAY FROM ZERODHA ASAP. THEY ARE CHEATERS, CHEATERS, CHEATERS.
