Delay in account opening with no proper response
I have always gone by the brand name and value. I used to do trading with ICICI securities and then HDFC securities but they were charging very much brokerage. I got to know Zerodha trading as they provide cheapest brokerage and so wanted to open account as soon as possible so that I do not bear loss in trading. I contacted their customer service and they at once send their agent to open up the account.
I opened a privilege account in which brokerage was least and had to pay a sum of amount for immediate opening. I did so but my account was not opened. I had to call so many times and then they would say it is in process. It has been 10 days that my form is in process and neither do they inform about the status. The next day they call me and said the form was rejected due to mismatch in signature and so they came again to take my signature. The account opening procedure takes so much time and I could do nothing as have already paid money. Therefore, I had to wait for almost 20 days for the same. I hope I do not find difficulties while trading and bear loss due to that.
