This is some genuine review on Zerodha after using their services for a week. I benchmark their services on basis on brokerage charges, application, support etc.
Zerodha Pi(desktop app) and Kite(Mobile App) are most dumb app compared to NEST, FLIP etc available in the market.
Charts on PI are ok.
Margin details not provided on their software.
PI does not refresh most of the time, so price, admin, cash position have to be manually refreshed and cheeked.
Support is not good, you have to wait long in queue listening to music on hold.
Mobile app has does not show up prices even when using Home WiFi with 10mbps connection.
overall Zerodha is useless even when compared on the basis of brokerage. As you can get rates upto 0.02% from full service brokers. Where you get service and application. If you still think Zerodha is good, then sure. keep them as your secondary option.
