When we bought this product we were impressed that Zero B is more experienced in this category. However soon after purchasing we noted following problems
(i) The tap provided on the storage tanks is very flimsy and broke within a week. It was replaced with a tap from an older model.
(ii) The inlet connected also turned out to be of poor quality and started leaking in 2 months or so and finally completely gave in. This has since been replaced twice and it started profusely leaking for the third time.
(iii) water started turning bitter as it seems TDS went too low but there is no control for that in Zero B.
(iv) The'service' guy from local service agent came near the completion of 1 year for an AMC. we took one year AMC. We mentioned that inlet valve is leaking and need to be attended urgently, and water is also bitter. He promised to return the next day to attend to it. He also said that he is coming'tomorrow' to replace the filter kit etc as per the AMC. This was a month ago! We have made complaint with Zero B Helpline with three reminders. plus made direct calls to local service agent. But no response even after a month.
I made another service request today. the patience seems to be ending.
I feel that the Indian companies just want to take consumers for a ride. Its time we wake up and refuse products from such companies!
