2 years on the system is using just as it used to when I bought it. being a counter top has its advantages and disadvantages of rough handling at times. we had done a bit of that tooo. but fortunately the machine is sturdy enough to handle these as well.
The support team at zero b is also good. at times we did experience a bit of delay but that doesnot matter considering the overall experience we have had with the product and the support received. can vouch for these guys.
