I am using a Zero B purifier for over 2 years now. No trouble for these two years but last month it suddenly got heated. When I realized that I called up there helpline but I found that the helpline number has changed. Now on searching on the net I found their site and when I submitted a complaint I promptly got a call and the next day the service engineer was there at my door step. He then made me realize that the purifier was not serviced. for almost an year. I had missed out on servicing it on last two occasions though these guys were calling me I had kept on postponing it.
So I had to pay the penalty of replacing a part but then I realized this is something which needs to be serviced once in six months or else it can give problems. So though I was initially a bit angry on the fact that the purifier was not functioning properly and I was putting the blame on the company but then I realized that it was my mistake. The purifier is functioning well now and I am happy to state that company engineer came and explained me the whole thing and also got the job done within a day of my complain.
When I see some of these complaints I get tempted to tell everyone instead of blaming t he company find out whether you somewhere went wrong in handling the system like in my case I didn't service it over 1 year. Good job
