I have this zero purifier and am using for last 2 years. Recently I moved to a new apartment and needed the purifier to be shifted there.
I informed the zero b customer care and they helped me shift the purifier in just a days notice. I really thank the support team for doing it so quickly and smoothly. they also did water testing in the new premise and said that the purifier is perfect for the water quality. thanks again.
