My water machine's filters inside the machine have not been changed for more than 1.5 years! Even after paying for 2 years AMC.
One day this idiot guy came to my house to change the filter (at least he came). Previous guy never turned up even after many calls/complaints. But his ears were covered with ear phones both sides and he kept talking to his friends during he was repairing the machine.
Even I asked some questions about the machine, he was busy talking to his friends and never bothered by my questions! When finally I became very angry at his attitude to his customer I shouted at him, he removed the ear phones from his ears and pretended that he was talking to his customer, which was not true. Anybody can make out that he was talking to his friends. This shows their total lack of sense of customer care. And their system quite often become bad (they say that system is being upgraded, but simply their system becomes bad) and cannot give complaint/reference number, but they assure the customer that they convey the complaint to their designated office WHICH IS JUST A LIP SERVICE AND THEY NEVER EVER DO!
After giving my complaint to the customer care when their system is so called "Upgraded", I called their Delhi office after 2 days whether they received my complaint, they said that such complaint never came. I found that every time their system is down, they simply give lip service to customers and they don't do anything!
