I am using Zero B water purifier and ion exchange did pretty good job from 2010. Based on their good work, I have bought a new zero B in 2015, however from mid 2015 onwards I am observing very poor service quality from them. They don't provide any proactive service even if you are in warranty period. You need to call them and book if you need any regular maintenance both in warranty or AMC period. Off late, service person never turn up when you call as well.
I am not sure what is the issue with the company to neglect customers. Based on my experience, I suggest customers to be beware of service quality issue from this company and think twice before you buy their product.
