Horrible experience. Review on Zenify

I found an apartment for rent on sulekha and at that time, I didnt know it was controlled by realty kart. If I knew that I wouldnt have moved in.

Realty kart are money extracting leeches. Rent increments were much higher on their apartments than any other apartment in the same complex. Plus the house was damaged when I moved in and I had to get the repairs done on my own. We were told they provide carpenter but I had to wait 6-7 months for the carpenter to show up and even then, it wasnt covered by Realty kart but I had to pay for it. Shouldnt all this be covered as part of the moving in maintenance charges?

On top of all this, I was being forced to clear the club house dues of the old tenants. I was haggled, sent mails with threats to clear the dues and charged additionally for every single thing when they should have been fixed before I moved in. We had to beg for property inspection and everytime someone from their team came, we showed them all the damaged that was done on the house, but there was no follow up, no action items or anything for that matter on it. We had to live with broken wardrobes, faulty showers, leaking chimney and so on.

I am giving them one star because I need to give them something in order to post this review but honestly, they are not even worth that much. I wouldnt recommend realty kart to anyone.
