He does know how to run the company, and they make wrong commitments to the employee. They pay salary after 3 months every time gap of three to four months. Zen has very bad reputation with clients also.
Manoj is an over excited man his business is only with elance and odesk and guru. Anil Semwal another papat and does know about the business, his spy....don't join the Zen and its a very small company.
