Hello everyone,
It is one of the paptetic brand I have ever seen is my life.I bought one basic zen phone for my mom.The cell description model number is X361.The phone stops working in a month.the display started blinking.whenever I try to use it, It gets switch off.I call customer support to get the nearest service center.they were no service center of zen mobile.They have given to the franchise to local shops to deal with it.I called just dial to get the nearest center number.When I was try to call them the number out of service.Why the company make the products if they cant handle it.
